Auckland-based R&B/Soul artist TiGER has released his captivating debut single, “Corset Me Free,” now available on all major platforms.
Written in the haze of a hangover and emotional vulnerability, the track explores the unspoken tensions in gay-straight male friendships—where power, desire, and identity often clash. With lush, atmospheric production by Bray Jeffries and mixing/mastering from Rāwiri Waters, the song is equal parts raw and reflective.
“There’s a double standard in how we treat each other’s bodies—and how that shapes how we see ourselves,” says TiGER.
