Waihi Beach’s rising pop punk force Not Exact have dropped their fiercest track yet -'On a Roll', a punchy, charged anthem that cranks the volume on their signature mix of grit and melody.

Built on driving guitars, relentless energy, and reverb-drenched melodic vocal lines, 'On a Roll' captures the restless pulse of youth in less than three minutes. It’s equal parts catharsis and chaos - hooky, honest, and overflowing with urgency.

Formed by Keelan Simpson and Calum Beatson, Not Exact grew from a shared love of raw, no-frills songwriting. Influenced by icons like blink-182 and Title Fight, the duo found early traction with their DIY debut Demo, featuring breakout track “9 months.” Since then, they’ve built a loyal following through explosive live sets and a sound that hits home.
