Hip Hop is synonymous with pushing the boundaries of conventional music culture. Every now and then a new artist comes along and changes the game entirely. There is something about Furo 4404 that really stands out to me. It could be in the name... it's rare to see numbers integrated so strongly into an artist's identity. You could say that they are a defining factor for this 19-year-old artist. But 4404 are not the only digits that matter. 

Here are a few to set the bar:

- **20,000+** crowds at Africa Day Festival and Afro Fest performances
- 1**0.5k** instagram followers and growing
- A **13** track debut album, *Big 40, Not The Little One* due for release on October 30th.

It's quite a track record for someone so young. With a debut album on the way, this is a telling moment. The music is melodic, afrobeats inspired hip hop, polished with a bit of hard graft and wrapped up with the sensitivity of someone who knows what it is to feel. Songs touch on the importance of family, selflessness and resilience, alongside themes of identity, growth, loyalty and finding your own path. Talk about maturity beyond years, and the ambition to go with it.
